Prince Harry (37) and Duchess Meghan (40) will be on stage at a music festival. They want to use Global Citizen Live this weekend to draw attention to the importance of equitable distribution of coronavirus vaccines.
Organizers announced their participation on Tuesday. Harry and Meghan are joining a huge lineup of stars: Jennifer Lopez (52), Billie Eilish (19), Ed Sheeran (30), Shawn Mendes (23) and Usher (42) are expected to appear on stage.
The festival is supposed to last 24 hours
The show will take place in several cities this year – as well as New York, Paris, London, Rio de Janeiro and Sydney, among others. A 24-hour show will be created with concerts and political contributions. The festival reinforces a greater commitment to fighting poverty and disease and is committed to protecting the climate and the environment. (SDA)
