TV chef Tim Mälzer (50) lost an impressive 10 kilos – in just nine days. However, you do not need to train in the kitchen to get the nutrition plan for your strict diet.
He may have lost weight but not his sense of humor. When asked about his pound loss, he told the RTL team: ‘Who asks, Frauk Ludwig? Yes, 10 kilos. Is this a thing for big magazines? And more jokes: “I’m bringing a diet cookbook.”

But a diet cookbook would be too high for a strict eating plan. Secret: tea! “I just didn’t eat anything, I did. I haven’t eaten anything for nine days and only drank tea, so it worked out really well,” he explains. He says with a wink that he should probably write a guide to losing weight after all. “But that would only be nine-day tea recipes.”
It’s questionable whether this stark diet by Tim Mälzer is sustainable and prevents the yo-yo effect. Time will tell if it can handle its weight. (IMH)
