DrThree weeks after its release, the single by Max Chappelle and the Mouse People topped the charts.
For the Austrian Indie Charts, DJs sample several songs from the Austrian alternative music scene each week and publish them in chart order. Max Chappelle's new song “Birds in front of the fast food restaurant” immediately took fourth place. In week 16 of the calendar, the song rose to number one. “First place is of course incredibly beautiful, it's a great recognition for our work,” Chapple said.
BVZ offers tickets for “Your 5th Festival”
This can be celebrated at the “Fifth Your Time Festival” – a musical evening on May 4 at the Gasthaus Pröstl in Mannersdorf. The evening opens at 8:15pm with punk band “Mindblind”. The band Dune Dingos also appear on stage with grunge, stoners and candy rock. Before DJ Johnny Memmes organizes the after-show party, the evening's headliner “Max Schabl and the Mouse People” will make the old cinema hall of Gatshaus Pröstl shake. “Of course the new single will also be played live,” says Max Chapple happily. Admission is from 7:30 p.m
