Overview – Where Microsoft Pilot is available

From Bing, Edge, and Windows 11 to Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 to Security: Copilot is now available in all of them. Here is a brief overview:

Web: Co-pilot of Bing and Edge. At the beginning of 2023, Microsoft introduced the new Bing search engine powered by artificial intelligence. In addition to new search and Edge functionality, Bing Chat is introduced for more complex search queries, which builds on the findings and developments of ChatGPT and GPT-4. To make new co-pilots accessible and easy to use for all users. Since Ignite 2023, Bing Chat and Bing Chat Enterprise have a new name: Copilot. This allows you to create not only texts, but also images. Copilot’s built-in image builder uses the DALL·E 3 model. Copilot is natively available for Microsoft Edge. Copilot is also available on Bing as a free smartphone app for Android and iOS. You can also use Copilot via voice input via apps.

Copilot in Windows. Since September 26, 2023, Copilot has been available on Windows in the first countries (outside Europe) and extends Windows 11 with many new interaction options. This makes Windows 11 the first PC platform to offer centralized AI support. Copilot in Windows can, if desired, summarize the displayed content, write texts, crop objects in images, arrange application windows, select the appropriate playlist and much more.

Copilot for Microsoft 365. Copilot combines the power of large language models, Microsoft Graph data, and Microsoft 365 apps to make language a powerful productivity tool for work and personal life. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams can now be used more efficiently by entering text commands. As of November 1, 2023, Copilot for Microsoft 365 is generally available to enterprise customers.
