With her new album “Midnights”, Taylor Swift has broken one record after another. The top ten in the US charts is entirely reserved for her.
The 32-year-old American musician has already broken several records. With her new album “Midnights” she has now made history.
She is currently the first female artist to occupy the top ten on the US Billboard charts. Led by the #1 hit single “Anti-Hero,” all top ten tracks from their new album “Midnights.” The album consists of 13 songs in total.
Swift can hardly believe it herself
« 10 out of 10 in the Hot 100? With my tenth album? asked Swift in a disbelieving tweet, writing that she was now completely confused after the announcement.
With her success, the American singer pushed Canadian rapper Drake off the throne. According to Billboard, the 36-year-old has been featured in nine of the top ten spots on the US chart with his album ‘Certified Lover Boy’ in 2021.

Not only the top charts but also the top stream
Swift’s new album “Midnights” was released on October 21 – matching the title at midnight – and instantly crippled Spotify. It aired more times in a day than any previous album, the streaming service announced shortly thereafter.
Taylor Swift has become the most streamed artist in a single day in Spotify history. With “Midnights,” Swift is back in pop after a journey into the popular genre and clearly hit the right tune.
