Early WhatsApp users can use a new feature. Here we’ll show you what you can do now with a double click.

WhatsApp recently released a new update to its beta version on Android which brings with it an exciting feature: the option to fast forward and rewind videos. While the feature is currently only available to a limited number of beta testers, there are plans to roll it out to all users in the coming weeks.

To skip forward or backward in a video, simply double-tap on the left or right side of the screen. The process is similar to the feature on YouTube, where users can fast forward or rewind videos by swiping two fingers across the screen.

To test this new feature, you need to sign up for the WhatsApp Beta program for Android. Once you are part of the program, the latest beta update can be easily downloaded from the Google Play Store.
