A Microsoft spokesperson explains that the Windows 11 2023 Update will not be available via the Media Creation Tool until the second or third week of November 2023. Using the Media Creation Tool, users can upgrade their PC or perform a complete reinstall of Windows 11. MCT either prepares the installation stick or creates a corresponding ISO file. Of course, Microsoft also provides its own Windows 11 ISOs, but the ISO contents can be customized using the media creation tool. When Microsoft releases a new Windows feature update, it’s usually available almost immediately through the usual channels, including the Media Creation Tool.
