Daniil Medvedev (ATP 2) reached the last four of the ATP 1000 Championships in Toronto. The top-seeded Russian prevailed on Friday in just under two and a half hours with 2:6, 7:6 (8:6), 7:6 (7:5) against pole position Hubert Hurkacz. In the semifinals, the 25-year-old meets John Isner.
