She tells him that she will not tolerate being spoken to that way. Then he had an “aha moment” because Megan asked him where he learned to talk that way. As a result, he realizes that we are “very much a product of our upbringing”.
Prince Harry said in the live broadcast that he really needed it. “I needed this alert.” It also helped him to think that he was going to lose her.
