Plans moving royals! Prince William (39) and Duchess Kate (40) They want to move in with their children Prince George (8), Princess Charlotte (7) and Prince Louis (4) this summer. Their new home will be Adelaide Cottage in Windsor.
The reason they chose this property: The four-bed house does not require expensive renovations. A source told the British Sun: “They certainly don’t want anything too flashy or something that needs renovation or more security so as not to overburden taxpayers.”
Another benefit for the family: your new home is a stone’s throw from Windsor Castle, where Queen Elizabeth (96) lives.
The Sun also wrote that there will be no permanent staff at Adelaide Cottage. Aides will move to Windsor. The Anmer Hall property in Norfolk will remain as a family home in the country. The apartments at Kensington Palace are used as offices by the staff.
“Kate and William were very interested in a modest home to start their new life in Windsor,” the source continued. “Adelaide Cottage is just a ticket because it has four bedrooms and that’s all they need because they aren’t employees.” In addition, the couple can send their three children to school together from the fall. “They had no other desires than a comfortable family home near the schools and the Queen.”
Kate and William want to pay their rent
Prince William and Duchess Kate want to pay rent out of their own accounts. All they have to do is bring their furniture and belongings to Windsor. “The whole family is looking forward to moving in this summer and beginning a new chapter in their life together in Windsor.”
The couple also sends small criticism towards Duchess Meghan (40) and Prince Harry (36). After their wedding, the couple acquired Frogmore Cottage, also on the grounds of Windsor Castle, and converted for several million francs. For example, under the antique floors, underfloor heating and the walls were painted with vegetable paint.
Just a few months later, the couple announced that they are stepping down from their duties as senior royals and that they plan to immigrate to the United States. (Buff)
