The roving construction game Mars First Logistics gets its first gameplay trailer

Rover Builder Mars First Logistics has a great new trailer with suspension! Shape Shop developer Ian MacLarty walks you through everything you need to know about a physics-based space sim, from Lego-inspired building screens to perilous transport journeys across the surface of Mars.

Mars First Logistics is an open world physics simulation set in a futuristic Martian colony. Build your own rover and use it to transport massive cargo across the surface of Mars and create a new home for humanity. Play alone or online with other players!

Combine parts like servo motors, hydraulic cylinders, and rocket motors on a touch screen builder, then steer your vehicle across the planet’s surface. Adapt your designs to the specific requirements of each task. A heavy load, a swing load or a load you want to float away – you never know what awaits you at the next stop! With each successful delivery, you earn credits that you can spend on new equipment.

Ship Shop It is a new independent studio founded by developer Ian McClarty. Ian has a background in computer science and enjoys experimenting with programming, often using local tools and unconventional rendering techniques to bring his games to life. His career has spawned award-winning business titles like Boson X, Dissembler, and Jumpgrid, as well as dozens of freelance projects. For Mars First Logistics, Ian recruited talents Kalonica Quigley (3D artist – Untitled Goose Game, Dead Static Engine), Dan Golding (Author – Untitled Goose Game, Detective Frog) and Folligen (Voice – Celestial Bodies).
