The list of lawsuits and investigations against Donald Trump is long.

It was a unique historical event when the US Federal Police, the FBI, searched the residence of former US President Donald Trump in Florida (76). There is a process going on now, but it is by no means the only one.
FBI raid
During the raid, the FBI found a few things the former president could be prosecuted for. Including “top secret” documents. It is not yet clear what will happen next, but an indictment is highly likely. If found guilty, Trump could face decades in prison.
January 6 suit looming
The Justice Department’s criminal investigation into Trump continues on January 6th. Many people died when he stormed the Capitol. The Commission of Inquiry is gathering evidence. The indictment is likely here as well.
The second lawsuit looming on January 6
However, this is not the only investigation into the storming of the Capitol – but it is one of many. Washington, D.C. Attorney General Carl Racine, 59, is currently conducting a criminal investigation into the events surrounding January 6.
The January 6 lawsuit filed by the House of Representatives
Ten members of the House of Representatives are also suing Trump, his former lawyer Rudy Giuliani (78) and two right-wing militias. This is in an effort to prevent Congress from confirming the January 6 vote.

January 6 complaint by Capitol Coopers
The police are also suing Trump. Three separate lawsuits have been filed against Trump by Capitol officials. This is due to the psychological and physical injuries the officers sustained during the January 6 attack.
The deputy’s complaint on January 6
Representative Eric Swalwell, 41, is suing Trump, Giuliani, Donald Trump Jr. and Representative Moe Brooks over the January 6 riots. The accusation: You violated a federal civil rights law.
Metropolitan Police complaint on January 6
Two Metropolitan Police officers also filed a lawsuit against Trump over the injuries they sustained as a result of the Capitol storm.
Georgia investigation
Trump called Georgia Secretary of State Brad Ravensburger, 67, and demanded that he get the number of votes he needed. The wording: “I just want to find 11,780 votes.” Fulton County District Attorney Fanny Willis, 50, is investigating a special jury. They want to press charges.
Civil suit against the Trump Organization
New York Attorney General Letitia James, 63, is investigating the Trump group. why? due to alleged illegal business practices. Doubt: The Trump Group has calculated the property ownership well. The procedure is ongoing.
Criminal case against the Trump Organization
But it’s not the only lawsuit against the Trump Organization. The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office is conducting a criminal investigation into allegations of tax fraud. An indictment has already been filed against the company and its former chief financial officer Allen Weisselberg (75). The process begins this year.
Mary Trump suit
His family is even suing Trump. His niece Mary Trump, 57, is suing him for cheating her out of millions of dollars. He also filed a lawsuit against her.
defamation suit
Writer E Jean Carroll, 78, has been suing Trump since 2019 for defamation after being accused of lying. She claimed he raped her in the 1990s.
Suffrage suit
The Legal Defense Fund is currently suing Trump and the Trump campaign for trying to overturn the 2020 election.
class work
Since 2018, the Trump Organization, Donald Trump, and three of his sons have been sued in a class action lawsuit. It’s about using your brand name.
Protestors’ suit
The protesters are also suing him. This is because Trump’s security team attacked them in front of Trump Tower in 2015.
