Samsung's new Galaxy smartphones are expected to be unveiled later this month. The Galaxy S24 has now arrived in South Korea, which will have a standard, plus and ultra model. In addition to a number of leaks, marketing materials for the devices have now reappeared, via the “Harshit joshi” Twitter account. This material consists of four watermarked slides that provide information about the technical data and functions of the Galaxy S24 mobile phones.
New leaks for the Samsung Galaxy S24 phone
The first slide shows the four different colours, namely yellow, black, grey, and purple, in which the devices are delivered. The next slide highlights gaming performance, with stats like 12 percent faster touch response than the Samsung Galaxy S23 series and up to 1.9 times larger vapor chamber for improved cooling.
Ray tracing support was also mentioned as well as the use of SoCs. The mobiles will reportedly use the Exynos 2400 chipset and Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. It has not been specified which models will get the SoC, but previous leaks suggested that the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra will feature Snapdragon. The next slide discusses the Galaxy S24 models' displays and explains that they will offer a peak brightness of 2,600 cd/m2.
This means the displays should be approximately 50 percent brighter in the sun than their Galaxy S23 series predecessors. The bezels should also be narrower, emphasizing the displays' size. The Galaxy S24 is said to have a 6.2-inch display, the Galaxy S24 Plus has a 6.7-inch display, and the Galaxy S24 Ultra has a 6.8-inch display.

The last slide is about cameras and their functions. The focus is on the 50MP 5x telephoto camera, which is planned for the Galaxy S24 Ultra. The phone appears to be capable of 2x, 3x, 5x and 10x optical quality zoom. It is reported that the Galaxy S24 Ultra will use artificial intelligence to improve the quality of digital zoom when zooming more than 10x.
