to sing. Last Saturday, the last day of the Cycling Union Tour took place at Singen Radsporthalle. Singen 1 teams had to dispense with Lukas Beuscher due to illness, but was represented by the substitute Markus Ehmann and started with Thilo Beuscher, as well as Singen 2 with Marc Bumiller and Manuel Oexle had to face Graben 1, Merklingen 3 and Merklingen 4.
Since Graben 1 did not start due to illness, the Singen teams were able to book the first 3 points on their account.
Singen 2 now had to take on Merklingen 4 and managed to keep up really well for a long time. But in the second half, several errors led to a 2:4 defeat.
The next duel between Bumiller / Oexle and the powerful Merklingen 3, which is currently in third place in the table, turned out to be even more bitter. Merklingen 3 has always dominated the singers, defeating Singen 2 in a 1:6 ratio.
Singen 1 first had to get used to the new constellation and try to dominate Merklingen 3. In the first half, he narrowly led 2:1, Bucher/Iman took another step and then won a well-deserved 4:1.
Singen 1 missed two clear scoring chances against Merklingen 4 and was forced to tie 2:2.
Thus Singen 1 with Lukas Beuscher and Thilo Beuscher finished the Union Tour in sixth place and Singen 2 with Marc Bumiller and Manuel Oexle in tenth.
