Schlager showed disgrace: Hans Siegel’s old man joke caused a stir
At the rehearsal for the previous release, “Starnacht vom Wörthersee”, the actor wanted to make musician Mighty Kelly smile at 30 degrees, and so he told her a joke. However, the Kelly Family star had little use for the punchline and seemed visibly annoyed. To save yourself from the embarrassment of living your life, Hans Sigl finally removed the joke from the direct moderation.
In the aftermath, reporting the joke leads to more trouble. Hans Sigl reported online and explained that his joke had been misrepresented in the press. He also stressed, “The joke with Mighty Kelly on stage, she just didn’t get it because she wasn’t ready for it.” It is also now interesting to see if the new version “Starnacht aus der Wachau” is better than the new one The previous show with Hans Sigl and Barbara Schöneberger will be running.
