We can become Pokémon ourselves in the new DLC for Pokémon Crimson & Crimson.
The second expansion for Pokémon Crimson & Crimson was released a few days ago. “The Treasure of Zone Zero: The Indigo Blue Disc” takes us to Blueberry Academy, where we attend classes and fight.
One special feature in the DLC is the Synchronization Machine, with which we can become a Pokémon ourselves. Fans are now showing on social media how much fun they are having with this feature.

What is this feature? In the DLC it is possible to synchronize with your Pokémon and control it directly. So we experience the world from the perspective of our pocket monsters.
More and more videos showing this feature are appearing on social media. For example, one fan recreated a scene from “The Lion King” in which Simba and Mufasa overlook the savannah on a rock.

What’s especially cool is that flying Pokemon can still fly even after syncing. It is possible, for example, to slip into Charizard’s skin and glide through the air with him:

The whole thing even works with legendary Pokemon like Rayquaza (via twitter.com). However, what stands out for us personally is another Pokémon: it is even possible to run across the ground using the Water Pokémon Tentasha.
One player had the problem of taking Squidward’s running animation from the Spongebob Squarepants animated series and overlaying it on Tentacha’s movements. If Tentasha actually made such sounds while running, many players would probably run with him:

There will likely be equally funny videos in the coming hours as fans recreate certain scenes from films and series or edit videos so that they have meme potential.

How can I become a Pokemon myself? To use this feature, you must first access the DLC story. To do this, you must have completed the main story and the first DLC “The Turquoise Green Mask”, and then you must unlock the Synchronization Machine. You can get it by helping a researcher in Tera Dome.
What is not shown directly in the videos: It is possible to use the function with other friends and roam the area together as a Pokemon gang.
