You can’t go to the final: Sophie Fry.
The voting chaos surrounding 17-year-old Swiss Sophie Frey overshadowed the semi-finals of The Voice of Germany. On Friday evening, it was erroneously announced that the Mallorca-based student was in the final. But then the shock came: the notary entered the stage and announced: “An error occurred. (…) The drawings were defective. The result is different.” Instead, German Tamu Forster (19 years old) finally reached the final.
The Iglesias native told Blake the day after the live show, “I was so sad. Somehow, I felt cheated.” Viewers see it the same way. There is criticism of Sabbath 1 on social media and there are many demands.
Mistakes like this shouldn’t happen.
On Instagram, the user finds a tricky word: “No more amateurish, amateurish, embarrassment. Not only is the feelings of a minor being played with first. No, The Voice of Germany hasn’t even been able to explain it eight hours after the disaster and is trying to silence it.” Another viewer announces Saturday 1 as well: “I really messed it up, and then with the youngest participants too. And I say that in a completely neutral way, because I was going to give them a place in the final – but not like that. Come up with something to modify it beyond just ‘sorry, sorry.'”
Other viewers saw it similarly: “Mistakes like this shouldn’t happen. Give Sophie a cameo in the finals as a simple reprieve.” So that another user goes a step further. “It would be very fair if Sophie also made it to the final. After what happened yesterday and there are five finalists instead of four,” she suggests.
It is not clear if Saturday 1 will respond to the request. The TV presenter left a viewing request unanswered. (BSN)
