Loud in Zurich Hallenstadion! The Scorpions will be performing in Switzerland on May 21, 2022. They have their 19th studio album “Rock Believer” with them.
The Scorpions worked on new songs during the lockdown in their hometown of Hanover. For the first time, former Mötorhead drummer Mikkey Dee (57) is there and complements the Scorpions’ legendary rock sound. “The album contains the DNA of a scorpion,” says Klaus Mein (73), the album’s lead author. The new songs have the freshness and strength of ’80s albums: “We played together as a band in one room and recorded songs – just as we were doing at the time.” Now the band can’t wait to start over and play for our fans again.
The world is blown by the “winds of change”
To date, The Scorpions have sold over 120 million records, played over 5,000 concerts, and created a timeless classic with the single “Wind Of Change” that dominated charts worldwide. This was followed by countless awards, Hollywood star Rock Walk of Fame and hits like “Rock You Like A Hurricane” and “Still Loving You”.
Concert pre-sales will begin at Hallenstadion on Friday, October 1, 2021 at 10:00 AM on Ticketcorner.
