The Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One received broad backward compatibility for the original Xbox 360 and Xbox titles about a year ago. Games aren’t just playable anymore, however, and many of them have gotten some improvement over Microsoft’s next-gen systems. In addition, new Xbox Original titles run at significantly higher resolutions, on Xbox Series X, for example, at four times the resolution.
