The 16-year-old Littler earned a tour card and a place in the World Championships of Darts

Top talent Luke Littler will compete with the absolute best in the world on the PDC circuit nearly every week for the next two seasons. “The Nuke” earned a PDC tour card and a place in the PDC Darts World Championship on Friday.

Littler has developed rapidly in recent years. He first made headlines in 2021 when he won his first major title at the WDF Irish Open at the age of 14. Thanks to this final victory, he also qualified for the 2022 WDF World Championships. In 2022, he also became the JDC World Champion and won the World Youth Masters award.

In 2023, the Englishman has already taken the next step. He was allowed to participate in the PDC Development Tour for the first time and managed to win four titles in his first year. With these successes, Littler finished first in the rankings, qualified for the Darts World Championship and earned a PDC tour card for 2024 and 2025.

Incidentally, Littler also impressed this year in the MODUS Super Series, a weekly darts competition for non-PDC Tour card darts players. The 16-year-old Littler has won the last two MODUS Super Series tournaments, each time taking home £20,000 in prize money.
