SV Wehen Wiesbaden took the lead in the third division on Wednesday. Head coach Rüdiger Rehm’s side beat MSV Duisburg 2-0 (0-0) and climbed to first place after their third win in a row.
In a match that was difficult for a long time, Gustav Nelson used a perfect cross pass from Dominic Prokop for the first time to take the lead (69) and lead Hessen to the road to victory with his third goal of the season. Substitute Maximilian Thiel provided the highlight of the evening and the decision.
