Winter athletes dominate the selection of Saxony athletes – RB Leipzig comes in third

Chemnitz / Leipzig. As expected, winter sports arenas in Saxony won the race in the 2022 Free State Athletes poll. Olympic biathlon champion Dennis Hermann-Wicke, athlete Erich Frenzel and the outstanding bobsleigh team pilot Francesco Friedrich were honored with Saxon sports Meissner porcelain crowns on Saturday evening at a ceremony in Chemnitz.
