Prince Harry speaks in a video message about the ‘healing path’

Soon, Prince Harry (38) will travel to Germany. The dissident royal travels to Dusseldorf for the Invictus Games. He has now posted a video message to participants – and in it he talks about his “path to recovery”.

“I hope you’re excited and maybe a little nervous. I’m both,” Harry begins the message. He can’t wait to see everyone and to bring the whole community together again.

Then the redhead addresses the athletes with somewhat more emotional lines: “You are all on different sections of the recovery path. We are all – and always will be.”

Since his exit from the royal family, Prince Harry has spoken out repeatedly about his mental health. He also revealed in his recently published memoir Spear that he sometimes suffered from minor anxiety disorder. Therapy has been a part of his life ever since. The duke does not hide this.

The Invictus Games is an international sporting event for the injured, injured and sick military personnel.

This year the Games will be held from September 9 to 16. Harry’s wife Meghan Markle, 42, will also stay there for a few days.
