Musician Eliane Müller talks about her relationship with SRF presenter Sascha Roever

Musician Eliane Müller and SRF presenter Sascha Roever have been a couple for more than two years. Now the singer speaks in a podcast about why she was afraid to go public with the relationship.

Since her 2012 win on the casting show “The Greatest Swiss Talents”, Eliane Müller has been improving as a musician. The singer-songwriter has won, among other things, two Swiss Music Awards.

In the spring of 2022, the 33-year-old musician and SRF presenter Sascha Roever (52) announced their relationship.

The couple lives together in Schenkon LU. The two have been working together professionally since the end of 2022. Müller and Ruefer run a wine bar in Geuensee LU.

Eliane Müller: “Everyone knows Sasha”

In the “Truth, Wine, and Iron Ring” podcast Eliane Muller admits that she is often unsure when dealing with strangers. The pressure of being in the public eye also matters to the musician.

When Mueller met her current partner, Sasha Roever, she was “sure very quickly” that things would go well. The singer was less confident when the couple wanted to declare their love in the spring of 2022.

Muller says she knew how interesting a new relationship with a celebrity would be – not least because “everyone knows Sasha.”

The couple first met for professional reasons

Eliane Muller also respected her public appearance because she had a problem when her private life was written about in the media.

But at the same time, the singer had no desire to keep the relationship secret or not allow it to happen.

Müller and Rover met for the first time for professional reasons. The singer gave an interview to the TV presenter. About three years later, there was a second meeting – again for professional reasons.
