Joko Winterscheidt (42) and Klaas Hofer-Umlauf (38) shocked their viewers. On Tuesday, the mediating duo beat the announcer in “Joko & Klaas vs Prosieben” and were thus allowed to fill 15 minutes of airtime with content of their choosing on Wednesday night. They appear – from the inside.
Both are made special of their bodies. Jocko and Klass swallowed a camera commonly used for special gastrointestinal examinations. Through the small camera, viewers were able to take a look inside their favorite TV.
Small camera for deep insights
The audience can watch as the capsules make their way through the esophagus into the stomach. The psychics hadn’t eaten anything before six hours to get the perfect insight. Then the two games were played. So they both swallowed the dice to see who had the higher number. The head of a plastic figurine was also swallowed for recreational purposes.
Viewers of the show share their feelings on Twitter. One writes, “I would have never thought I’d be watching live on Wednesday night as Goku and Klass swallow a tiny camera and show off the score. You can’t tell anyone either.”

But the work made sense. The decision faded at the end of the program: “Originally we wanted to make a serious contribution to preventive medical examinations. But at some point we took a wrong turn. Maybe early. Unfortunately, our original project was not successful.” (EU)
