Charles III, King of Great Britain. (75) reminded people of the importance of mutual aid for the coming Easter. The King sent an audio message for the traditional Royal Maundy Service on Maundy Thursday. He was unable to participate due to cancer. Charles' niece Princess Kate, 42, is currently undergoing treatment for cancer.

“It saddens me not to be with you today,” Charles said, according to Buckingham Palace. He also remembers that it benefits.

An audio message was recorded at Buckingham Palace in mid-March. One photo showed Charles sitting at a desk in a blue suit, a microphone and flowers in front of him. Recorded at Worcester Cathedral and broadcast by radio stations in England. Due to his poor health, Charles is currently not making any major public appearances.

To start the Easter celebrations, King Maundy distributes special coins on Thursday. According to the palace, the centuries-old tradition commemorates Jesus washing the apostles' feet during the Last Supper. Charles, who has been king for a year and a half, distributed the coins in York last year. His wife Queen Camilla, 76, attended this year's ceremony in Worcester.
