In 2003, the quality of the restaurant was awarded a Michelin star for the first time. Eight years later, Rosen could look forward to a second star. But that’s over now. In the new Gourmet Guide ranking, the restaurant is again listed with only one star. “Quality is no longer at the level of previous years,” according to the Michelin Guide.

It was only recently announced that the chef has cut back on his TV show. After ten seasons of the cooking show, “The Taste,” Rosin is leaving. He had a prominent role in the new season of “Grill den Henssler”. He measures himself in a one-on-one duel with the 50-year-old.

Rosin’s not alone with the gradient: Restaurant Guide has dropped around 28 stars in Germany. However, about 34 restaurants managed to celebrate their first prize. According to the Michelin Guide, the new star chef is Jan Hartwig (40). His restaurant “Jan” in nearby Munich immediately earned three stars.
