Terms of participation

All natural persons residing in Switzerland are eligible to participate (except employees and relatives of Ringier Axel Springer Schweiz AG and competition partners). The deadline for participation is December 16, 2023 and the prizes will be drawn among registered participants on December 17, 2023. Winners will be notified in writing by Ringier Axel Springer Schweiz AG or the competition partner. Multiple registrations by the same person are not permitted. Legal recourse is excluded. Prices are not paid in cash. Participants who provide an incorrect address will forfeit their prize. There is no obligation to purchase. Personal data will not be transferred to third parties, except for persons involved in the administration of the sweepstakes.

For prizes in kind (e.g. vouchers, cars, etc.) worth CHF 1,001 or more, the winner must send the competition organizer a confirmation of accommodation, which he must collect from the responsible office at his own expense. The prize can only be delivered to the winner after confirmation of residence has been sent. The winner is obliged to declare in-kind winnings of 1,001 Swiss francs in his personal tax return.

By participating in the competition, the participant agrees that Ringier Axel Springer Schweiz AG can use his or her personal data for telemarketing, email marketing and postal advertising. Ringier Axel Springer Schweiz AG may transfer personal data to Ringier group companies for these purposes.
