“Controlled Chaos” in first place! The New South Tyrolean daily newspaper

Now it’s official: This week, #1 on German album charts, Philipp Berger went for his debut single, “Controlled Anarchy.”

An uphill battle, ruthless, sometimes close to the limit and yet fought fairly. Because even the desperate panic calls of a fellow rival band that no one should leave Philip Burger’s charting throne can no longer prevent the chart miracle. “Controlled Anarchy” has topped the German album charts since noon today, December 30, 2021, right ahead of ABBA (2), Antilopen Gang (3), Adele (4) and Helene Fischer (5) ).

And so, after only 14 days, Philip Berger can look forward to the first place on the podium in the German album charts: Frei.Wild’s anniversary album “We create German.Land” already celebrated a huge success at No. 1 two weeks ago. According to GFK Entertainment, Philipp Berger is the first artist ever to reach number one on the official German albums charts with two different producers in just two weeks.

Philip puts the event in words as follows: “Silent, happy, grateful and also a bit proud of the whole team, but above all of the fans, that is probably the best way to describe the event. But it really is an incredibly great affirmation, and perhaps a kind of satisfaction for me. The satisfaction that my youthful mistakes will remain. Unforgivable for many people, and that for many I too will likely be forever on the margins of society, but all these blame never show my enthusiasm for life, my ambition and above all my enjoyment of music can take. I would like to take this opportunity to thank my parents, family and friends. I would Especially to thank Faure, Ziga and Jonas, and especially Stefan and Andy. In this case I would also like to thank Alex, Kurt and Mattia, they at least did the same. But my biggest thanks to our fans who made the miracle of December 2021 possible for me. Could come 2022, I am ready for any aggression.”
