The United States of America won the CONCACAF Nations League title for the third time in a row. Tyler Adams (45th) and Giovanni Reyna (63rd) scored the goals of the final, which ended in a 2-0 win over Mexico. Reina, loaned from Dortmund to Nottingham Forest, won the tournament's best player award.

The final match, which was held in Arlington, Texas, was overshadowed by anti-gay chants. The referee interrupted several times in the final stage after the Mexican fans started chanting. The Continental Association of North and Central America and the Caribbean said it condemned the discriminatory chants. Security forces identified a large number of fans involved and removed them from the arena.

CONCACAF did not initially announce any disciplinary measures. The federation said: “It is very disappointing that this problem continues in some games, especially since within two years there will be a tremendous opportunity to develop this sport in our region.” The United States, Mexico and Canada will host the 2026 World Cup finals.
