Regional football team FC Schweinfurt 05 has extended its contract with full-back Thomas Haas. The club announced on Wednesday.
The 23-year-old from Viechtach in the Bavarian Forest stays with Schnudel regardless of league affiliation, it’s hot. Haas came to Lower Franconia from third-tier side Türkgücü Munich in the winter and immediately established himself as a regular. Prior to that, he was runner-up in the Bavarian regional league with VfB Eichstätt and promoted with Türkgücü. “Thomas is a fundamental asset to the team and the club,” said Robert Hittich, sporting director at FC05. “He was immediately integrated into the team here at Schweinfurt from day one. As a positive person who always gives everything for his teammates on the pitch and convinces to put in very good performances – he is very valuable in a good off-pitch atmosphere.
