The new name remains until the end of the compiler update, after which it is changed. The final name will be announced in summer 2024 and will reflect the planned concept.

The name should be based on the values ​​of sustainability, creativity and forward-looking corporate management. The focus is currently on the planned cooking show. Much of the €200 million investment planned for the modernization flowed into the former cinema building. Street caterers and bars will be housed there.

The center’s forum will also be redesigned. In the future, it should remind us of the square. According to the Morgenpost, “The letter indicates that there are large trees and plants and green seating islands in the entrance halls.” A new natural stone floor, water feature, and new lighting are also planned. There will also be more bike parking spaces and a 280-space bike garage.
