Pop superstar Taylor Swift accompanied a friend to an Italian restaurant in Sydney's Surry Hills district unannounced. The singer refused to book an entire restaurant and instead mingled with completely surprised guests at Trattoria “Pellegrino 2000” on Tuesday evening (local time), Australian media reported on Wednesday. The 34-year-old is currently touring Down Under with the globally acclaimed “The Eras Tour”.
Actress and singer Sabrina Carpenter, 24, accompanied Swift on her tour as part of the supporting act. Word of the unannounced dinner spread quickly, news site News.com.au wrote: “Hearts of Swifties” gathered outside the restaurant, eagerly awaiting a glimpse of the musician. Swift is currently taking a break after three spectacular shows in Melbourne before continuing her tour in Sydney on Friday.
The American artist has been on tour since March 2023, and in the summer he will come to Germany for – already sold out – dates. With her “Eras” tour, Swift is attracting millions of fans around the world and breaking records everywhere. This will be his sixth concert tour and he will be playing current and old hits. The show lasts for over three hours and has a repertoire of over 40 songs.
