The mod in question for Cyberpunk 2077 is called Alternative Weather Visuals and comes from modder sosuinepsixuyu. This mod changes the appearance of some standard weather conditions in the game. These weather changes are best seen in a new demo of the game. German YouTuber Digital Dreams recently published another render of its famous Cyberpunk 2077 graphics in 4K resolution. It’s a heavily modified version of the RPG and runs on an impressive PC setup (Ryzen 9 7950x, RTX 4090, Arctic P12 fans, Arctic water cooling).
