Rosalía, Tom Odell or Hecht are just some of the highlights of this year’s Gurten Festival. SRF 3 is out there and reports on the radio, on social media and on the Internet.
Whether intense hip-hop, rock ‘n’ roll or melancholic pop – everything is represented at SRF 3 Festival Summer 2023. SRF 3 accompanies many Swiss festivals this summer and brings them directly to the living room, balcony or bathroom. We are currently reporting from Wednesday 12th July to Sunday 16th July of the Gurten Festival.
Musical highlights that got people talking
Wednesday: With an inflatable tank, big hits and a ridiculously cheap and outdated sexy show that was full of masculinity, J Balvin thrilled the belt crowd. Somewhat exciting (or somewhat unsettling?) how heated social debates, among other things, about role models in festival operations can be largely ignored.
Thursday: The long-awaited performance of Catalan pop goddess Rosalía swept everything by storm. With her powerful Reggaeton-Flamenco-Trap-Pop voice that can hardly be surpassed in terms of subtlety, she spits out a soulful performance to perfection. The fact that even the breaks threatened to burst with energy complemented the performance with its indescribably gorgeous pop moments.
Musical stories from the Gurten Festival
We are present throughout the Gurten Festival and transmit the music and festival stories over the radio, InstagramAnd Facebook And on the Internet for you.
This year, the Gorten festival lasts five days for the first time in history, because the fortieth cycle is celebrated. Sunday’s there as an extra, so to speak, with Toten Hosen and 2023 “SRF 3 Best Talent” winner Andrey performing dialect songs.
