There are settings that you would like to access as easily as possible. For example, a specific printer queue.
on He presses Click, wait, your document is ready – or not! Because you forgot to select the correct printer again. Or, the page setup is set to US letter instead of A4, so the printer is now waiting for letter-sized paper in vain. Or you accidentally print the entire document with all 100 pages instead of the single page you actually want.
The easiest way to delete misdirected print jobs is to remove them from the printer’s print queue. But how do we get there? We show it using Windows 11 as an example, but it works practically the same way in Windows 10.
Normally, you will see the printer icon in the notification area until the print job is completed or deleted

Version 1: Fold at bottom right corner symbol the Notification area with the icons there. As long as a print job hasn’t been printed, you’ll see a small job there printer icon.
Double-click this Code, the new print queue view opens. Right click on the affected entrance Provides commands StopAnd Start over And Cuts. This is useful for canceling a single job. Click Three pointssymbol, but it is allowed I stop everythingAnd Complete everything And cancel everything.

Alternative 2: Another way, albeit somewhat more complicated, is via Start / Settings / Bluetooth and Devices / Printers and Scanners. Select the person concerned printerfollowed by Open the print queue.
