After winning the “Deutschland sucht den Superstar” (DSDS) tournament, Sem Eisinger had a bitter battle with runner-up Monika Gajek. Now it is clear: the singer had to admit defeat.
Baden-Baden – Just about two weeks ago, Sim Eisinger (29) won the 20th season of “Deutschland Gelst den Superstar” (DSDS) attainable. Now comes the first setback: His winning single, “Don’t Let Me Go”, disappeared from the charts after only one week.

First, Eisinger’s song “Only” was at number 57 on April 21 in the German Singles Charts She got the position – 21 places worse than “Deep End” runner-up Monica Gajic (21). The following week, both fell out of the top 100—a bitter record for a DSDS winner.
Also in the neighboring country Austria it was DSDS– Sieger Eisinger beat his rival in the charts – here he is at 47th place but still in the top 50. Gajek started at 25th. In the Swiss charts the pop singer came at 35th and Gajek at 51st, but here too it ended after a week.
The DSDS winner dedicated a song to his father
