Davos victory over the live qualifiers

Sixth-place Davos celebrates an important victory in the fight for a live playoff against table neighbors Bale (5th). HCD narrowly reigns at home, but it deserves a 3:2 win.

Mate Stransky’s 2-1 goal right after the half-game showed HCD’s path to victory. The 20th goal of the Czech this season was preceded by a painful scene minutes ago, when Biel’s top scorer Toni Ragala hit him directly in the face.

But Stransky gritted his teeth, and after a short visit to the locker room returned with a new shirt and a new number (97 instead of 44) on the ice and scored the primary goal but not the victory with his colors. Swede Dennis Rasmussen made it 3:1 in the 46th minute.
