She succumbed to a malignant brain tumor in her home country. She is survived by her partner, Blas Olibari, and two young children.

Eliana Burkes achieved worldwide fame as a talent for vocals, but she was also active as a singer and composer. The Instagram post described her impressive career as follows: “Concert tours have taken Eliana Burki far beyond European borders. She has performed in the United States, South America and many Asian countries, among other places.
