Nobody knows where it is. Katerina Khobarieva (39 years old) is currently missing. She was the deputy head of the Russian administration formed by the head of the Kremlin, Vladimir Putin (70), in occupied Chersonesos. After the retreat from Chersonesos, the Kremlin transferred its occupying power to Henichesk.
Its boss, Volodymyr Saldo (66), also does not know anything about Hubareva’s whereabouts. Saldo has been the ruler of the Russian-occupied part of the Kherson region since April 26.
