Terms of participation

The deadline to participate in the viewership competition is during the first broadcast. Winners will be drawn at random in a regular drawing with equal chances of winning from among all entries regularly received via phone call and free mobile internet form. If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time, the winner will be drawn again. SRF employees and their relatives are excluded from participation. Persons residing in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein are eligible to participate. Participation of minors requires the consent of their legal representatives. Unauthorized entries or entries generated through systematic manipulation or unfair means will be disqualified from the draw. In-kind prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. For prizes in kind whose value exceeds 1,000 Swiss francs, the winner’s place of residence must be confirmed before the prize can be awarded. Once confirmation of residency is available, the in-kind profit can be delivered. The prize remains the property of the prize sponsor until delivered to the winner. Participant data will only be used to run this competition and will not be passed on to third parties. Winners’ contact addresses will only be sent to the prize sponsor for the purpose of awarding the prize.
