Co-favorites Australia won the Basketball World Cup in Asia and finished tied with Japan. Veteran Patty Mills led Olympic bronze medalist Japan 109:89 (57:35) in front of 7,374 spectators in Okinawa on Tuesday (August 29, 2023).
