“Summer Star House” candidate fees leaked. A couple breaks the negative record.

Escalation is programmed for “Summer House of the Stars”. In the RTL program, high-profile couples move together to live in a country house. What seems like a relaxing time comes to a head within the first few hours: Brawls are part of the daily program on Trash TV.
The couple gets royal stipends for their nerve-wracking photography, German newspaper Bild has now revealed. High earners are the former football player Mario Basler (53) and his girlfriend Doris Bold (52). Together, they will receive 75,000 euros (equivalent to just under 73,000 francs). There is 50,000 euros for actor Stephen Dorr (48) and his wife Katharina (39), who have attracted attention on the TV show, especially because of their manipulative behaviour.
Eric escalation saved
This year, RTL violated its fee rule: according to “Bild”, it was a good idea to pay at least 25,000 euros for candidate spouses. But reality TV star Eric Senderman, 34, and girlfriend Katharina Hambuchen, 27, seem to see the potential for savings. They received only 23,000 euros.
Looking back, RTL doesn’t seem to regret this decision. Because the couple allegedly had to leave the TV show earlier because their feud escalated to the point that further shootings together was out of the question. It is not known if her fee has been reduced further because of this. What is clear, however, is that they missed out on their chance to win the €50,000 prize money.
Brigitte Nielsen received a record fee in the jungle camp
Even if the fee of 75,000 francs is already a large amount, there is still room for improvement. Because the previous record on German-language television is €200,000, which Brigitte Nielsen (59) received in 2016 for her participation in the forest camp.
By the way: in Swiss TV shows, the fee is much lower. According to Blick’s information, a bachelor receives about 20,000 to 30,000 francs for filming for one month and appointments thereafter. Candidates must even receive a little over 2,000 francs. (Billion dollar)
