YB: Spycher acquires shares from Rihs family

Young Boys' ownership structure is being adjusted. Stefan Reis and Christoph Speicher are now co-owners of the club. Reiss is the son of 80-year-old majority shareholder Hans Ole “Jöggi” Reiss. According to the club's announcement, it acquired a “significant stake” in July last year. The Board of Directors was pleased that “the Reiss family has reaffirmed its long-term commitment to YB with the involvement of Stefan Reiss.” Spycher, a former sports director and VR sports representative for about two years, will become a new shareholder in the Bernese company. It has acquired a minority stake in BSC Young Boys AG from the Rihs family. “I am very happy to become a shareholder and now also contribute to my favorite club as a co-owner,” Spicher was quoted as saying.

Logano: Steven was injured again

Logano will have to be without Renato Steffen for about three weeks. The 32-year-old suffered a right thigh injury in the match against Basel, in which he scored the winning goal to make it 1-0. Steven had already missed the first two matches in the second half of the season.
