A six-part series with Alan Partridge titled And Did Tathos Feed… follows Partridge as he tries to reintegrate in Britain. This makes Partridge a champion of middle-aged mental health while also tackling other issues “Personal life, work life, the importance of nature, relationships, hobbies, the sixth topic, because he is a real journalist, not just a sausage machine that churns out content.”
Partridge said of his return: “Saudi Arabia has huge reserves of oil and natural gas, but has also experienced economic growth in other sectors such as agricultural production, retail, construction and transportation. It allocates about $69 billion every year to military spending. But despite all this, I still felt somehow incomplete.”
The series can be seen on BBC One and BBC iPlayer in the UK, although an exact release date is yet to be confirmed.
