Two weeks before arrival, one of the participants became ill. Special training sessions were held with coach Lyalja Horn-Ivanisenko, and thanks to great ambition and a very good team spirit, the team was able to regain fitness in time.
7 women rented a bus and spent the night before the tournament in a hotel. Her coach Ljalja Horn-Ivanisenko, who always takes care of the champagne and keeps her company, is also there. The tournament was organized by Jazz Dance Club Cottbus. The Lausitz Arena Cottbus was well filled and the champagne was encouraged and supported by the groups in attendance. With her third place in the tournament, Katja Güney, Mickey Kremer, Annika Lucassen, Mona Maslowski, Karina Rafai, Inna Schneider and Sarah Schwarzer qualified for the World Championships in De Panne, Belgium, which will be held from November 27 to 30, 2023. .
