YB ended their negative streak with a 3-1 home win in their fourth round supplemental match against Lugano. The winners of the match are the substitutes Slimani and Kanga.
YB coach David Wagner, already under fire, should take a deep breath. The pressure was great, and victory was almost necessary if the master did not want to lose contact with the summit – and it was Wagner’s lucky hand that dried him.
Ten minutes before the end of the match, substitute Miralem Slimani, Wilfried Kanga, sent Ahlam’s pass to Wilfried Kanga, which made the score 2-1. Kanga also played the Joker, as did Vincent Ciero, who took the wrong penalty kick to equalize. In the 62nd minute, Jordan Sepacho used it to make it 1:1. Then the Sulejmani-Kanga duo secured the decision and the first YB win since October 23 (3:2 against Lausanne).
