Franz Hopmayer resigns from the board of directors
FC Parsdorf was able to hold its annual general meeting again as a face-to-face event in Vereinsstüberl.
Barsdorf – Reports were submitted from the Board of Directors, the Youth and Football Department, and the critical report to the attending members.
The debate about the unresolved space problems and the disastrous state of the main square occupied a lot of space. Even opponents now describe the place as “the worst place in the whole region”.
FCP board member Konrad Rauch told the meeting that he is already in talks with companies to at least improve the quality of the space. Due to the lack of funding for the construction of the club, Rauch still considers the appropriate solution to the spatial situation a big problem. The financial position of the Vaterstetten community is still very tight. This can also be seen from the exterior of the entire primary school district in Parsdorf, where only the minimum has been done for years.

After the unanimous discharge from the board of directors, Franz Hoppmeyer, who had left the board, led the new elections. With the exception of two cash auditors Heinz Gobats and Marcus Maurer (one abstained each), all new board members were elected unanimously. However, the cashier position cannot be filled because Hans Hetzel, who has worked for many years, will not be available from next season. He was thanked for his extraordinary commitment with much applause. Franz Hopmayer was also thanked for his decades of various activities at the club, with which he will keep in touch. He is retiring from the board of directors.
The official part of the meeting ended with a series of photos from the last 25 years, before moving on to the relaxed part of the meeting. (s/h)
