World’s 50 Best Awards: Tim Rao 31st – Gourmet World

31st place: Berlin’s Tim Raue Restaurant is the best German restaurant once again on the “World’s 50 Best Restaurants” list.

After a year-long break in 2020, “The World’s 50 Best Restaurants”, sponsored by S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna, was presented on Monday in Antwerp.

Also present: Berlin restaurants Mary Ann Wilde and Tim Rau, whose Tim Rau restaurant ranks 31st this year. The “50 Best Restaurants In The World” list is curated and compiled by William Reed Business Media. Created from the votes of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants Academy, which is made up of over 1,000 international restaurant professionals and has a 50/50 gender ratio.

Restaurants are rated in 26 regions around the world. Each region has its own voting body with 40 members, including the president. At least 25% of members from each region change each year.
