With Microsoft Flight Simulator and upcoming games like Forza Horizon 5 and Halo Infinite, Microsoft has some really exciting next-gen titles. But that’s not all, because The Coalition is already working with Unreal Engine 5 on a new, previously unannounced game.
This new game will use Unreal Engine 5 and many Xbox Game studios are already using this new game engine to take their titles to the next level.
An initial look at The Coalition’s work is now available in the next demo, Alpha Point. The videos show what’s possible with Unreal Engine 5. Next-gen features like Nanite and Lumen, which enable real-time lighting without traditional overhead tasks.
The team also participated in real-time character rendering testing on Xbox Series X and their discoveries about what’s possible with next-generation character creation using Unreal Engine 5 on a Microsoft console. The alliance also announced that it is excited to be at the forefront of the future of next-gen gaming.
